Among these, we find the Executive Housekeeper, also known simply as the Housekeeper.
The Executive Housekeeper, a role that, at the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte, is held by Anna Paoli, is the one who supervises the cleaning and preparation of the various meeting rooms. A special professional figure, of great importance and responsibility, which today can only be embodied by people with a specific training. She manages and coordinates the work of her team, which must ensure the maximum hygiene and the correct preparation of the meeting rooms, in order to ensure the execution of the event in the best possible conditions.
The Executive Housekeeper must have particular and precise requirements, because she must plan and organize correctly the work of her group, manage effectively all resources available, plan the tasks to be carried out in the short, medium and long term. But she must also possess a global vision of the hotel, because her work, as well as in the meeting rooms, it also take place in the floors, in the rooms and in the common areas. By managing effectively her team she has to clean and maintain the rooms, the common areas, the rooms reserved for the staff; check and send to wash the customers’ linen on request; manage and purchase the linen and uniforms used in the hotel; manage, renovate and buy furniture and furnishings. All this, guaranteeing the high quality standards of the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte.
